2. Before April 20, 2008, please send your reservation together with 1 night hotel deposit to China International Travel Service (CITS), Head Office.
3. Reservation can only be confirmed when 1 night deposit paid. If any change on your booking,
please do inform CITS Head Office in writing, not to the hotels.
4. Due to the limited number of rooms blocked, your reservation will be confirmed on a first-come- first-serve basis. CITS Head Office’s confirmation in written form will serve as the only certification for your reservation.
5. The balance dues of your room rates will be settled at hotel front desk upon your check in.
6. If any late check in without previous notice, or any cancellation after May 10, or “no show ”, the cost of one night’s stay will be charged.

Hotel≒Exhibition Center shuttle service will be provided for those who stay at the above
designated hotels from May 29 to June 1, 2008 on a complimentary basis. Detailed shuttle schedule
will be available upon your arrival in Beijing.
